The American lobster comes from the North Atlantic waters of the U.S. and Canada. Of the whole body, the lobsters’ tail contains the sweetest meat, even though it is the firmest part. It has a sweet and mild taste with a slightly salty tang. If grilling, it is best to skewer the tail so it does not curl.
